“Jewelry, as products, have a lightness that is not subject to ceramics itself. The tinned copper wire, which I use in the manufacture of my jewelry, allows to convey fairness to the product, literally and figuratively elevating porcelain or stone. Improving this skill in jewelry, I find new solutions for my works in monumental sculpture. This allows me to find solutions that would not be available without immersion in jewelry.”
